Standard Support requests are received and handled during UK working hours, i.e. between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays (Working Hours).  For requests received during these hours you will receive an acknowledgement by email within 10 minutes and the AgileChain Support team aims to provide an initial response with ticket number:

-       within 4 Working Hours working for critical requests such as a full service outage; and

-       within 16 Working Hours for non-critical requests.

Note this means that a non-critical request submitted at 4pm on Friday should receive an initial response by 4pm Tuesday.   In practice response times may often be much faster than these targets.
